Apartments in a student house in Riga offer everything a student might need for a laid-back living: a space to live, study and relax. Studio flats are especially designed for students for the most comfortable stay to accompany the studies.

Each of the rooms (18m2) has a comfortable bed, modern furniture, private bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchenette – a small cooking area with refrigerator, sink and a microwave, no stove top. For cooking, it’s possible to use a common kitchen. Common kitchen is located on the each floor.

Upon request and based on availability, for extra fee (50 euros per month) a possibility to book studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette.

Distance from the school

To easily get to the city centre and the school you can choose either train, bus or a trolleybus.
Distance by train: 16 minutes (9 minutes to the train station (Tornakalns-Central Station))
Your distance by bus or trolleybus : 23 minutes (6 minutes to the bus/trolleybus stop and 5 stops by transport)

Price Per Week (Sun-Sun) for the Student House in Riga

• Studio apartment with bathroom & semi-equipped kitchenette for 1 person for 1 week (7 nights) – 145 EUR.
• Please note that the key security deposit has to be paid to the Student House directly by the student at least 2 weeks before the arrival. This deposit is refundable after the check-out (refund within 4 working days) and in case of no-show at all – non-refundable.
• For groups – multi apartments might be offered.
