For students, who would like to study in Latvia, Latvian Ministry excludes the 10-day mandatory quarantine period for persons travelling from countries where the 14-day cumulative number of Covid-19 cases per 100 000 inhabitants is below the mark – 75.

For the rest of the countries marked red, at present a 10-day quarantine is obligatory after entering Latvia. However! If your plans are to study Russian language for 3 weeks or for a longer period (check out the price reduction for long-term students) – consider taking online Russian lessons while in self-isolation for 10 days upon your arrival to Latvia!
