Tailor-made groups

Tailor-made programs for any age groups are available all year round! Come to Riga to study Russian language and have fun during amazing activities that will be interesting to any age group – they’ll ensure your students won’t get bored! Upon request, groups of students age 15 + may be integrated into the classes with other students. We accept students with any level of Russian

Dates: all year round

Some ideas what to do during the tailor-made program

Explore Old Riga on Monday and be excited by the charm of the Old Town. Feel the romance of the Middle Ages and pass through the narrow cobblestone streets with churches and monastery yards, the Dome Cathedral and other historical monuments. Tuesday is a day to visit the largest market in the Baltic States and one of the biggest outdoor markets of the European continent. Everyone loves shopping, so let’s go to the biggest shopping centre in Riga not only to buy some souvenirs, traditional sweets but also practice some conversational  Russian.  On Thursday in addition to your free time activity options, you may choose any of museums according to the interests of your group.  In order to experience traditional Russian dance elements and play merry Russian games, let’s have fun during Russian style party! Friday is the best day for such a sparkling event full of laughs and fun!

What you can include in the tailor-made program

  • Russian language lessons – you may have any number of lessons as you require
  • Accommodation and food – you have an option to apply for Russian host family accommodation for a great Russian language practice or choose a hotel
  •  In addition, you are welcome to add excursions and activities to your package
  • Transportation costs to excursions and entrance tickets for all organized activities
  • Return airport transfer
  • Finally, you will get a course certificate

1 Walking tour – explore Riga! Be excited by the charm of Riga – a modern city with the historic Old Town district and fascinating architecture, all in a city full of historical facts and founded 800 years ago. Let’s watch the panorama of Riga from the 26th floor of a building downtown via a glass lift that will take you there. From that vantage point, you will be able to enjoy an unforgettable view of the city. Have a walk around Old Riga and most tourists’ favorite places, feel the romance of the Middle Ages, and pass through the narrow cobblestone streets with churches and monastery yards, the Dome Cathedral and other historical monuments. We invite you to visit Riga’s Central Market, which is the largest market in the Baltic States and one of the biggest outdoor markets of the European continent. It is a lively place where you can buy everything from fresh fish and strawberries to fashionable shoes and a scarf. An excellent opportunity to practice everyday Russian and taste a lot of new and original local delicious products! It’s a shopping time! You will visit the biggest Riga’s shopping centre where you can find Russian Bookshop, goods of Stender factory – natural cosmetics, fantastic body creams and scrubs, sparkling bath balls and exclusive handmade soap. There you’ll also find the Lacu bread shop – a traditional Latvian bread with fruits, nuts, carrots …and original souvenirs. Here you will find a cinema complex with the latest movies and after shopping you may relax over a cup of hot chocolate in one of the cozy coffee shops nearby. The Museum of Natural History of Latvia is the largest and one of the oldest museums of natural history and science in the Baltic States. Here you can spend many hours discovering the mysteries of the Earth and the natural world. The world of flora and fauna will become a wonderful place for an active research and competition game: be quick, attentive and win the Grand Prize! Traditionally, Friday is the time for fun and lively conversations in an informal atmosphere.
