LAST UPDATE: July 22, 2020.
We have some very positive updates regarding Latvia’s borders. As state of emergency ended on June 9th, Lativa has opened borders with the rest of the EU countries.
For students, who would like to study in Latvia, Latvian Ministry decided to exclude the 14-day quarantine period for persons travelling into the region from European Union (EU) countries where the cumulative incidence of Covid-19 does not exceed 15 cases per 100,000 residents.
Countries, marked with red, can’t enter Latvia; for countries marked with yellow, a 14-day quarantine is obligatory after entering Latvia.
We will keep you updated with any new information. Can’t wait to meet you all soon in Riga!
