For students, who would like to study in Latvia, Latvian Ministry decided to exclude the 14-day quarantine period for persons travelling into the region from European Union (EU) countries where the cumulative incidence of Covid-19 does not exceed 15 cases per 100,000 residents.
Countries, marked with red or yellow, a 14-day quarantine is obligatory after entering Latvia.
