The school is proud to be an accredited member of Eaquals. Eaquals is the international association of institutions of language education. This accreditation shows the highest possible quality for teaching, study process, course organisation, testing, and evaluation system. Eaquals accreditation also helps the school to stay up-to-date with the latest field trends. RLA Durbe received points of excellence in the following categories: Learning Environment, Quality Assurance, Client Services, and External Communications. You are welcome to read more detailed information about Eaquals General Charters for accredited members.
Guna Gabrāne, Director of Studies: ‘’Choosing to take a Russian language course at the Eaquals accredited centre, you can be sure that every aspect of your language learning experience will meet your highest expectations’’.
All Russian language courses offered by RLA Durbe link to the Common European Framework of Reference: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CERF). This is an internationally recognized standard for describing language proficiency. Also, it is a guideline to describe the achievements of foreign language students. The CERF describes language ability on a 6-level scale. From A1 (Beginner) up to C1 (Proficient) and helps to understand how students progress through the levels. CERF helps teachers plan their teaching and to match their students’ progress and level to a European system. Descriptions of different language levels form the ”can do” statements. For example, saying what students can do at each level.
At the end of the course, you will receive the internationally recognized certificate (with the achievements in all 4 language skills). Also, this Certificate is a great addition to your CV.
Russian language courses also have recognition for the “Bildungsurlaub” in Hamburg, Berlin and Rheinland-Pfalz (Germany).
